Mellow Moon

This class welcomes all levels of yoga students, ideal for beginners or people getting back into yoga after an injury. Mellow Moon provides a combination of healthy alignment and mindful movement as you tune into the body and aims to broaden the range of capabilities of each yogi through the instruction of asana and pranayama. We will warm up working our way into a slow flow, taking time in poses that range from gentle to more challenging. Savasana will include aromatherapy and occasional hands on treatments (optional), sending you on your way feeling confident and peaceful.
